Membership in the El Paso Reading Council, Inc. is open to all persons engaged in the teaching or supervision of reading of any school level, to parents and to all other interested in the purposes of the council.

Active Members: Membership in the council shall become effective upon payment of council dues for the fiscal year beginning June 1 and ending May 31.

Membership List: The membership list of the El Paso Reading Council will only be given to organizations within the International Reading Association structure. Requests for this list should be made directly to the council's Executive Secretary.

Council Dues: Dues for the annual membership in the council shall be set by the Executive Board with the approval of the Assembly. Dues will be combined with TSRA annual dues so members receive “joint membership” status in both organizations. Dues for undergraduate students will be half the regular “joint membership” dues.
