Vision StatementThe El Paso Reading Council, Inc. is committed to:
- PROMOTING literacy by introducing cutting-edge strategies, hosting forums and workshops featuring prominent authors and researchers, and building capacity in the local, state, and international organizations.
- EDUCATING the community through the sponsorship of various projects in collaboration with community organizations.
